IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. To make a payment, please have your customer number and invoice number ready.
2. The types of invoices that can be paid are for traffic-related damage claims, inspection charges, 910 permits and miscellaneous sales (such as salt, specification books, etc.).
3. The invoice number is alpha-numeric and is located at the upper right hand corner on the invoice document.
4. The customer number can be found in the upper right hand corner, directly below the invoice number on the invoice document
5. Caution: an invoice paid in error will take four to six weeks to refund.
