I understand that I am making a property tax payment through a service provided to Will County taxpayers by Bank of America Merchant Services, who will charge a convenience fee for processing this transaction.  I also understand that payment of the convenience fee shall be deemed voluntary by me and shall not be refunded by Will County in accordance with Illinois state law (50 ILCS 345/25(a)).
