If a new user to the site, select the New User? Register Here option below.  Enter the requested information and select “create.”  You’ll be directed to a page where you’ll need to enter and submit your account number (which can be found on correspondence that we’ve sent you) and last name. 

“Your Information” will be displayed and an option to select the method of payment.  Once that information is entered, select “next.”  On the next page, enter your payment information (“save” the information to save time on future visits).  Check the box if you want the payment to be recurring, and set up how often payments are made.
