Paying online is quick, easy, secure and available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This program allows you to pay your Mineral Well Drill Permit Fee using a credit or debit card, (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

In order to utilize this system, you will need a validation code.  Please call 517-284-6826 or email EGLE-GRMD-permitapplications@michigan.gov to receive your validation code.  

When paying electronically, you are required to submit the application through the EFORMS system and email the payment receipt and attachments to EGLE-GRMD-permitapplications@michigan.gov. Failure to submit the required documents may result in a processing delay of your Mineral Well permit.
