Paying on-line is quick, easy, secure, and available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This application allows you to pay your Site Identification Fee using your MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover card. 

This on-line service is a payment site only and cannot be used to submit your Site Identification form (EQP5150). You must print out and mail or email your receipt with the completed Site Identification form in order for your form to be processed.  Reference the Site Identification form instructions for the mailing address and email address.
