Welcome to the payment processing module for LARA BCHS Non-Long-Term Care State Licensing Section. This payment processing is for change request of existing licensed facilities only. If you are a new applicant, please go back to Health Care Providers (michigan.gov). Payments may be made with a valid Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express or electric check (echeck). Echeck transactions are electronic payments processed directly from your checking or savings account.

Note: If you choose to make your payment electronically, you will be charged a 2.25% processing fee for a credit/debit card payment or $.15 for an echeck payment. If you do not agree to pay the processing fee, please go back to licensing website above for instructions to send a check payment via U.S. mail. Please note that this may add significant delay to processing of your change request.
