To make a payment you’ll need:
Your member or account number, found at the top left hand corner of your Canvas Loan statement
Your Loan ID. If this is your first loan with Canvas, your Loan ID will be 1
The last four digits of the primary borrower’s Social Security Number
Your Loan ID begins with the first non 0 number listed on your statement. If your statement lists your Loan ID as 02, enter 2 as your Loan ID
