Camp HOPE America is the first evidence-based camping and mentoring program in the United States to focus on children and teens exposed to domestic violence and trauma. Children who are exposed to trauma such as domestic violence are more likely to experience health, social, and legal disparities as adults. The mission is to give traumatized youth a brighter future by creating pathways to hope and healing. The program consists of a week of overnight camp supported by yearlong activities and group mentorship referred to as Pathways.
